If you choose to come and check us out as a guest for the night at one of our meetings, it's $10 for the first meeting. If you choose to become a member at that meeting, you can apply your $10 guest fee toward the balance of $70 for full membership, or at the next meeting you decide to attend.

Early Bird Fees Info:

If you are a current NWCLA member, annual membership is still $80 unless joining with a $10 incentive discount to sign up for the next year as a current member in December. As long as you pay your membership dues before January, and are a current member, you can take the $10 discount off of your annual fees. You can also use any of our "$10 NWCLA Bucks" towards membership or "The Successful Landlord Books" which are available at the sign-up desk at every meeting.

Late Bloomers Info:

If you are thinking about becoming a NWCLA member any time after the Summer break for July and August, then there is a discount for that too. From September to November you can access the private web site, the Housing Court Eviction Lists, The Drug Arrest List and all of our online PDF newsletters - for the short year rate of $50.00. After becoming a member, you will qualify for the $10 discount for renewal at the end of the year in December.
