NWCLA Invites You to Join Us!

Criteria:
Membership is open to all investment property owners, managers and companies and industries affiliated with real estate.

Meetings:
The NWCLA meetings are the second Thursday night of each month from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at The Monty Tech "Tea Room" to the right, behind the Dukakis Performing Arts Center in Fitchburg, Massachusetts!

Where:	Monty Tech – Tea Room 1050 Westminster St, Fitchburg, Massachusetts 01420
When:	Member Sign-in 6:45 PM to 7:00 PM Meeting from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM
Date:	Second Thursday of the month (no meetings in July & August)

Member Fees Info: 
Annual membership is $80 unless joining with a $10 incentive discount to sign up for the next year as a current member in December. If you choose to come and check us out it's still $10 for the first meeting, but the balance of $70 will be due at the next meeting they attend.

NWCLA MAR 11th MEETING NOTICE:

March’s meeting guest speaker will be Raymond Gonzales. Raymond is a local constable and is a skillful mediator between tenants and landlords. Ray will also be discussing the eviction move out do's and don'ts as well as what is required to keep landlords out of trouble when the have an execution order.
