THE NWCLA NOW MEETS AT MONTY TECH
In June we are meeting in the Tea Room behind the
Dukakis
Performing Arts Center.
Do not park along the hill where the buses
park, or in the handicap spots
unless you have the proper handicap parking sticker.
The Northern Worcester County Landlord Association now has our monthly landlord member meetings at the Monty Tech “Tea Room” in Fitchburg, Ma at 7:00 PM on the second Thursday of the month. When you get to Monty Tech, just drive around the right hand side of the building behind the Dukakis Performing Art Center.
Dear Fellow Landlords and Property Managers
The NWCLA was formed to provide a structured forum for landlords and property managers to get informed on the changing areas of rental real estate and the laws that govern the business we are in. We want to provide guidance for those new to the business as well as use our strength as an organization to prevent negative legislation and promote positive changes in Massachusetts, We own property in one of the toughest states to be a landlord in, the scale is not tipped in our favor, and we must work together to run our businesses in the strictest manner, and encourage changes that would give equality back to the legal housing system.
We are all in the business of providing housing; together we can work to better our community and our real estate. We urge you to consider joining our organization. The benefits are many to belong to an upstanding group that works on issues that effect you and your livelihood.
Elm Street - Area Neighborhood Association

Dear NWCLA Membership,
We are asking for your assistance. We are the Elm Street-Area Neighborhood Association in Fitchburg, MA, an organization that is working to assist the City of Fitchburg in cleaning up down-trodden areas and properties. We are doing this in three main areas: the first is in identifying housing that is in distress; the second is in working with neighborhood residents to clean up these areas; finally, we are working with the local authorities in finding ways to remove the undesirable elements in the city.
We are putting together a Property Owner/Management Directory and asking if you can assist us in identifying property owners and landlords in our target neighborhood, which consists of the following streets: Mount Vernon, Jay, Garnet, Taft, Spring, Simonds, Mount Globe, Pleasant, Prichard, Nutting, Marshall, High, Johnson, Omena, Essex, Elm, Lowe, Northman, and Saari. This directory can assist us in notifying owners and property management of potential issues happening at their properties. This directory would allow us to work in hand with property owners and local authorities in helping to clean up the city of Fitchburg.
